Time Junior Kindergarten

Activity Fee: covers rest time
mat, sheet, blanket, pillow, washing, field trips,
supplies

Monthly Fee: August payment of
$465.00 automatic withdrawal Sept 1st. – May 1st

Calendar: follows Ascension school
day calendar (Jr. K closed when school is closed,
full day service available through Kids Time After
School Care) Uniforms: Choice of parent/child –
not mandatory, must follow school dress code (see
school handbook online). Tennis shoes/shoes with
toe/heel closed in are mandatory for Jr. K children.

Arrival: 7:10am-7:40am –
supervision in cafeteria by faculty staff, after
7:40am children go to classroom, after 7:55 a.m.

Morning Snack: snack approx. 9:30am

Lunch: lunch approx. 11:55am, cost
included in monthly fee, lunch menu online, food
allergies require a doctor’s statement

Rest Time: from 12:30 pm –
1:45pm daily, mat, sheet and blanket provided

Birthday
Treats: advance notice required, only store
bought pre-packaged food or drink items allowed

School
Pictures – taken with rest of school

Dismissal:
2:30pm (car riders use gathering space, Kids Time
After School Care goes to cafeteria, walkers wait
in classroom and go with teacher when called) **children
enrolled for shorter day leave at 12:30pm**

Fee $30.00 required.

Kids
Time Weekly Fee - Additional charge paid
separate from Jr. K. ACH withdrawal. Paid weekly
on Monday by ACH withdrawal, snack/drink provided.
Children rotate between 2 & 3 areas for activities
during Kids Time After School Care. Jr. K may be
grouped with Kindergarten children.
