Many parishioners have asked how they can help families in light of an unexpected death, loss of job, or general tragedy. We routinely collect funds through generous parishioner donations and electronic contributions. These funds are then dispersed to families and individuals that might need help or assistance. Other timely circumstances may include deposits on housing, rental assistance, auto issues, utilities, food, and more. This support is for parishioners, but also for our neighbors in need. Ascension also works with surrounding organizations to provide additional services to enhance the lives of those who live, work, and play in our communities.
These efforts are all made possible through the generosity of parishioners who contribute to Ascension’s relief fund. If you would also like to contribute toward these needs, please include parish relief fund in the memo.
