How Did We Use the Funds?

LED Lights

The new LED lighting system installed in our parking lot and sports field is designed to enhance safety and security. These updates provide increased visibility and deterrence against potential intruders or unauthorized activity during evening hours. By illuminating key areas effectively, we aimed to create a safer environment that promotes security and peace of mind for everyone on campus.

Protective Film for Windows

The installation of the 3M Security window film has significantly enhanced the safety of our children, grandchildren, educators, and staff. Developed by 3M in collaboration with the U.S. Government, this film was initially designed to protect U.S. Embassy buildings abroad, safeguarding dignitaries and other personnel from bomb blasts by ensuring windows remain secure.

This video demonstrates the security results of the film installed on our school’s entry doors, office windows, courtyard windows, gym entrance, and all cafeteria doors and windows.

Exterior Security Cameras

The new exterior security cameras and upgraded system are state-of-the-art, featuring high-resolution capabilities to accurately identify and prosecute any intruders or vandals. Our goal is to enhance the protection of our facilities and their occupants. We plan to upgrade and replace a portion of the 19 older cameras annually. See below for a blueprint of the camera locations and coverage.
